I've been producing coffee at home for the majority of my adult life. A few days the outcomes are great and other days... not so great. Try as I could, finding the proper formula to get an excellent cup-o-Joe has eluded me all this time. A few days, after pouring the cup, I believed that I had it, but another day... nope, something differs.

The beans have been roasted and ground and place immediately into these small one-cup containers. Now they're sealed and are not exposed to humidity and air until they are pierced from the small apparatus because the warm water has been introduced to produce the brew.
My theory is the freshness, and the specific same number of grounds produce a constant outcome. I'm one happy morning, man nowadays. Just thought you'd love to understand.
